Nakisha's Ostomy Bag Teddy Bear
Good morning! :) Today I have this pretty teddy to show off made by Nakisha from the Harley Teddy Bear Pattern. https://goo.gl/i8ywSM She has made her teddy an ostomy bag and uses her as a mascot for her business which makes ostomy bag covers. I love the pin stripe fabric and the little pink button that Nakisha has used for a nose! Jemma's Baby Grow Memory Bear
How gorgeous is this fabulous teddy bear made by Jemma for a friends granddaughter? She's used a beautiful white, pink and grey baby-grow & added embroidery text details to the bottom of the feet, which is a great finishing touch for a memory bear! Jemma tells me her top tip is to take teddy photos using natural daylight in the bath!!... because it gives a perfect clutter-free background as you can see from her images.Jemma used the Jingle bear Pattern to make her teddy and you can find the pattern here:https://goo.gl/PVMPLk
Cindy's RAF Memory Bear.
Good morning all....I hope you had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend and made the most of the good weather! Today I have this lovely red and navy teddy to show you, made by Cindy from the Harley Teddy Pattern, who you might remember also made the pretty JOY Memory Bear shown earlier in the year. This teddy has been made in memory of her step dad who passed away back in 1999 using two of his vintage jackets....(one of which was purchased in 1956 and still had the receipt in the pocket!) Cindy told me that the poignant finishing touch...
Margaret's 1st Date Memory Bears....
Today I'd like to start off the long weekend with this gorgeous bear family made by Margaret for a couple who kept the clothes they wore on their first date together. She used the Harley Bear Pattern for the two larger bears and with the fabric remnants she used the Teddy Eddy Bear Pattern to make a smaller bear for their new baby on the way :) A cute teddy bear family! With the wedding season now in full swing, I thought you'd be interested to see Shelly's Bride & Groom teddies made from the Harley Bear Pattern. I love the little pearl necklace and the 'handmade with love' wooden buttons.She told me that they're made for a friends wedding in Boston in the USA. I think they'll be thrilled to receive them!
